Dear Valued Customer,

In order to better serve you, Pelco has introduced a new product returns portal. You will need to have an active account with Pelco to request an RMA. The new RMA portal is directly tied to your pelco account. Once your account is set up, you can request an RMA # from the new portal similar to how it was done in the past, along with the enhanced capabilities such as RMA history, RMA status, RMA details, and direct payments for non-warranty Repairs.  Our contact service team is accessible directly from the RMA portal to ask questions regarding your repairs.

Pelco service team understands that the change in the RMA process is different and requires an active service account with Pelco. Once the initial account is set up you can log in to your account any time and request an RMA number or contact service team. Once your account is activated you will receive an email with the login credentials and you can access the RMA portal below to take you directly to the Pelco RMA page.

We are working on an online account form for you to fill out to request a service account with Pelco for RMA.  Meanwhile you can contact our technical support at +1-800-289-9100 and request an RMA over the phone or email us serviceusa@pelco.com.

Please note - this is our NEW RMA Portal and requires an Account Number first. To request your account, please email serviceusa@pelco.com.  The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request process is similar to our old process. Make sure you reference the RMA Number in all shipments and communications in order to avoid any delays.

To check whether or not your product is repairable, please use the above link and be prepared with your model number.

To enhance your customer experience, we have implemented a flat rate repair cost for Spectra Series.


Use the Spectra model list below to see if your unit qualifies. When choosing the flat rate up front, it is an indication of approval for repairs, thus resulting in immediate turn around on your repaired unit(s). Once the repair is completed the unit(s) will ship immediately.
