Account Request Process
In order to better serve you, Pelco has introduced a new product returns portal. You will need to have an active account with Pelco to request an RMA. Once your account is set up, you can request an RMA # from the new portal similar to how it was done in the past, along with the enhanced capabilities such as RMA history, RMA status, RMA details, and direct payments for non-warranty Repairs. Our contact service team is accessible directly from the RMA portal to ask questions regarding your repairs. To begin the process, please complete the form below to request your account.
