Pelco service team understands that the change in the RMA process is different and requires an active service account with Pelco. Once the initial account is set up you can log in to your account any time and request an RMA number or contact service team. Once your account is activated you will receive an email with the login credentials and you can access the RMA portal below to take you directly to the Pelco RMA page.

IMPORTANT: The RMA portal currently only supports North America accounts, with future plans to include international. If you are not within the North America Region, please reach out to a local authorized service center for repair support — please visit here.

Please note - this is our NEW RMA Portal for Repairs Only and requires an Account Number first. The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request process is similar to our old process. Make sure you reference the RMA Number in all shipments and communications in order to avoid any delays.
To enhance your customer experience, we have implemented a flat rate repair cost for Spectra Series.
Use the Spectra model list below to see if your unit qualifies. When choosing the flat rate up front, it is an indication of approval for repairs, thus resulting in immediate turn around on your repaired unit(s). Once the repair is completed the unit(s) will ship immediately.
