A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is critical to the timely and accurate service of your unit as it enables the receiving team at our Service facility to properly identify your unit, recall appropriate notes, and ensure that the repaired unit is returned to the correct address.
To avoid delays, all shipments and communications should clearly reference the RMA Number.

When choosing the flat rate up front, it is an indication of approval for repairs, thus resulting in immediate turn around on your repaired unit(s). Once the repair is completed the unit(s) will ship immediately.
