In order to better serve you, Pelco is changing the product returns process. Pelco is introducing a new online RMA portal that will replace the current version.

You will need to have an active account with Pelco to request an RMA in the future. Once your account is set up, you can request an RMA # from the new portal similar to how it is done today.

The new RMA portal will allow you to access your repair status online as well as make payments directly for non-warranty repairs. You will also be able to contact the US service department directly from the portal for any questions regarding your repair.
