features include verifying proper cabling, network infrastructure, and general product
optimization. Field service assistance is available for Digital Sentry®, Endura®, and Pelco matrix switch products. | | |  | Remote Services | | Remote service assistance provides the same level of service as field services, but is performed through network connectivity from the Pelco Technical Center. Remote services are offered at a discounted rate and require no travel and expense fees.
