About CyberSecure IPS
CyberSecure IPS is a Veteran owned small business and the world’s first U.S. Government certified secure interactive infrastructure monitoring company to develop an all-encompassing solution to protect the most critical infrastructures and assets around the globe.
CyberSecure IPS was initially started to meet the need for Layer 1 security for secure and classified networks. Our fiber optics-based software and solutions quickly became the gold standard for meeting the strictest DoD compliance standards. Now our patented solutions are servicing both the Government and Commercial sectors as we find new ways to apply our technology.
CyberSecure IPS Unified Cyber-Physical Protection™ (UCP) suite of solutions secures the most vulnerable yet overlooked areas of cyber security: attacks of physical network infrastructure and theft of critical network assets. The foundation of our UCP offering is CyberSecure IMS™, a Cyber-Physical management platform that integrates real-time data from state-of-the-art sensors to monitor, detect and prevent major outages due to physical attacks. Built with security, flexibility, and integration as part of the core architecture, our solutions are uniquely positioned to address major Cyber-Physical vulnerabilities that have emerged due to the rapid and global convergence of IT, OT, and IoT systems.
Solution Overview | CyberSecure IMS Unified Cyber-Physical Protection
CyberSecure IPS Infrastructure Monitoring System (IMS) is a certified/accredited alarm / dispatch management software application designed specifically to manage the protection of sensitive communication networks. Designed as a centralized management system for monitoring and response personnel, CyberSecure IMS integrates with multiple fiber sensing solutions such as Interceptor CS, Stoplight CS and CyberSensor Controllers to monitor for fiber disturbances and protect sensitive data.
CyberSecure’s Patented Fiber Forensics ™ technology provides response personnel real time optical intrusion analytics to quickly discriminate threat events. When location information is available (based on Intrusion Detector), Fiber Forensics displays real-time geo-spatial information on its integrated mapping system. False alarms and nuisance events are mitigated or eliminated through CyberSecure’s patented user configurable optical warning thresholds. Disturbance and case data are centrally managed and logged with site-specific CNSSI 7003-compliant standard operating procedures – that provide step by step case management that is fully auditable and reportable.
CyberSecure’s Eagle Eye technology continuously monitors for threats, providing response personnel immediate situational awareness post-dispatch of continued disturbances. CyberSecure IMS provides alarm notifications to existing annunciator systems via dry contact relays, SNMP and/or application programming interfaces (API).
CyberSecure IMS’ VideoXpert integration offers two options to provide customers with the level of information they require to fully leverage their VideoXpert experience.
Option 1: Basic Response Event Information
Perfect for customers who are interested in only actioning by zone/sector alarms.
Event Type | Description | Source |
Sensor Alarm Start | Provides zone/sector specific events to support VideoXpert actions such as camera viewing, PTZ or other customer desired rule actions when alarms are generated. | Sensor / IMS |
Sensor Alarm End | Provides zone/sector specific events to support VideoXpert actions such as camera viewing, PTZ or other customer desired rule actions when alarm activity is over. | Sensor / IMS |
Option 2: Advanced Event Information
For customers that require by property event data for more granular action.
Event Type | Description | Source |
New Intrusion Detector | Provides events for when new Intrusion Detector devices are added to the system | Sensor / IMS |
Intrusion Detector Online | Provides events for when Intrusion Detector devices are detected as online | Sensor / IMS |
Intrusion Detector Offline | Provides events for when Intrusion Detector devices are detected as offline | Sensor / IMS |
New Sensor Controller | Provides events for when new Sensor Controller devices are added to the system | Sensor / IMS |
Sensor Controller Online | Provides events for when Sensor Controller devices are detected as online | Sensor / IMS |
Sensor Controller Offline | Provides events for when Sensor Controller devices are detected as offline | Sensor / IMS |
New Zone | Provides events for when new Zones/Sectors are added to the system | Sensor / IMS |
Zone State Change | Provides events indicating the status of a Zone/Sector (example: monitoring, maintenance mode, etc) | Sensor / IMS |
Zone Disturbance | Provides events for when disturbance events are detected within a zone/sector | Sensor / IMS |
New Sensor | Provides events for when new sensor is added to the system | Sensor / IMS |
Sensor State Change | Provides events indicating the status of a sensor (example: monitoring, maintenance mode, etc) | Sensor / IMS |
Sensor Disturbance | Provides events for when disturbance events are detected by a sensor | Sensor / IMS |
New Alarm Case | Provides events for when a new alarm case is generated | Sensor / IMS |
Alarm Case Updated | Provides events for when an alarm case is updated | Sensor / IMS |
Alarm Case Closed | Provides events for when an alarm case is closed | Sensor / IMS |
