Server & Recorder Upgrade
Pelco’s Advanced Technical Support Team can remotely upgrade your Pelco software on a server or recorder to the latest software release. This service also includes a verification of proper operation after the upgrade. Available for all non-obsolete Pelco video management servers and recorders. Third-party software is not applicable. Price is per device to be upgraded. Software upgrade licenses not included. Product must already be installed and operational.
IP Camera Upgrade
Pelco’s Advanced Technical Support Team can remotely upgrade the software on a Pelco IP camera to the latest software release. Price is per camera to be upgraded. Includes verification of proper operation after upgrade. Available for all non-obsolete Pelco IP Cameras. Software upgrade licenses not included. Product must already be installed and operational.
Server & Recorder Configuration
Pelco’s Advanced Technical Support Team can remotely configure the Pelco software on a server or recorder which has already been physically installed and properly configured to communicate with the appropriate devices on the network. Includes server or recorder setup per standard guidelines, continuous recording, licensing activation, device commissioning and up to 10 configured users. Software licenses not included. Aggregated systems must be fully accessible on a pre-configured and properly operating network.
