Diagnostics fee may apply for the no-fault-found units.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is critical to the timely and accurate service of your unit as it enables the receiving team at our Service facility to properly identify your unit, recall appropriate notes and ensure that the repaired unit is returned to the correct address.

To avoid delays, all shipments and communications should clearly reference the RMA Number.
