This Pelco dealer program is designed to Help:

reduce field support overhead
minimize customer down time
improve client satisfaction.

With the Pelco HDD Field Replacement Program you'll receive a fully equipped HDD Service Kit for each subscribed service location. When a drive fails, replace it onsite with a "like-for-like" drive from your kit. No more shipping an entire DVR to a repair center just to replace a hard drive! Simply return the drive to Pelco and we replace it at no cost if under warranty. We even pay the shipping cost! Out of warranty drives will be replaced at a nominal fee.

Follow these three easy steps to enroll in the Pelco HDD Field Replacement Program and seize the opportunity to immediately enhance your service delivery:

Review the HDD Field Replacement Program Agreement and Application form.
Submit your agreement to the program online.
Complete an HDD Field Replacement Kit Initial Order for each participating service location.

For an enrollment fee of $100 per service location, each enrolled location will receive an HDD Field Replacement Kit made up of these essential tools, valued at close to $1500 at non-discountable dealer prices:

HDD Replacement Drives
- One each of 250 GB, 500 GB, 750 GB, 1 TB, 1.5 TB, and 2 TB drives
  - Additional drives may be ordered
- Each drive box includes HDD return form and labels
HDD Field Replacement Software Kit
- Installation and recovery CDs for DX8100 version 2.0
- HDD installation manuals
- Online installation guide and troubleshooting tools

*Replacement drives may consist of new or refurbished drives. Both drives are covered under warranty as described in the Agreement and Application Form that follows.
