Pelco Helps Tour of California Get Rolling. Pelco was a proud supporter of the 2009 Amgen Tour of California, America’s largest cycling event. From February 14 to 22, the world’s top professional cycling teams raced through California on a grueling 750-mile course. When the tour made its way through Clovis, California, Pelco rolled out the welcome mat.
