For shared networks, Pelco’s system configuration assistance provides advice to the IT professional about how to configure a network for optimum Endura system performance.

Network Configuration

Pelco trained and certified field service assists the system integrator with the programming of network switches in a closed, Endura-specific network. Service features include the certification of all cabling and the programming of network switches to achieve the best and most reliable Endura system performance.

System User-Specified Configuration

Pelco trained and certified field service assists the system integrator with a final configuration of the Endura system per the needs of the end customer. System configuration includes the naming of cameras, creating rights and privileges, setting up alarm configurations, configuring analytics profiles for specific cameras, configuring maps, and optimizing system performance.
