Arecont Vision

Arecont Vision manufactures HDTV surveillance IP cameras and software. Leveraging its proprietary MegaVideo® technology, the company offers the world’s fastest multi-megapixel (8MP, 5MP, 3MP, 2MP and 1.3MP) network cameras supporting full-motion video frame rates. Arecont’s new line of H.264 high definition cameras provides security professionals with the flexibility of various frame rates and resolutions for a variety of applications.

Arecont Vision IP cameras can be recorded on Pelco’s Hybrid and Network Video Recorders. The integration solution was developed and is maintained by Pelco. Pelco works very closely with Arecont Vision to achieve the interoperability of our products with theirs.

Pelco video recorders can view live video, record, and playback video from multiple cameras. In addition most recorders can accept alarms. Specific compatibility details for each recorder/camera can be found using the device specific documentation links below.

Software versions that support the Arecont Vision cameras:

• DigitalSentry – IP cameras bundle 6.8.0.126 or higher
• Endura – Version 2.1 with UDI5000
