                        What is a Beta Program?
                        The Beta Program provides Pelco with an opportunity to listen to our customer’s experience with Pelco products prior to releasing them to market.

                        The Pelco Beta Program is a managed distribution of new products and technology to gather Customer feedback through surveys, conference calls and other forms of communication prior to the product being available for sale. It is an opportunity for our Customers to provide input into design, functionality, usability and readiness of our products.

                        Pelco customers benefit from gaining early access to Pelco developed technology and influencing Pelco’s product development. The Beta Program also includes incentives for participants who meet the requirements.

                        How are Beta Participants Chosen?
                        Beta Participants are Pelco Customers chosen through an application process to evaluate and provide feedback on a new product. Applicants should be familiar with Pelco products and be able to provide support equipment required to test a given product. Each Beta Program is designed around the requirements of the project and participation is limited; therefore, an application process is defined for each project.

                        All parties participating in the Beta Program must sign legal documents pertaining to the Beta Program, including a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and Beta Agreement outlining the terms of the Beta Program.
