NAFTA Certificate Of Origin Continuation Form

In effort to assist our customers to compete in the global marketplace, we are providing the NAFTA Certificate of Origin Continuation Form on-line.  Per the NAFTA agreement, all products listed on the continuation sheets have been determined to qualify for preferential tariff treatment.

Using the form below, type in all or part of a Pelco model number. A list of Pelco model numbers to select from will be displayed. When you are done selecting the models, scroll to the bottom of the list and press the 'Add selected to my list' link.
