Repair Authorization Request A Repair Authorization (RA) number is critical to the timely and accurate repair of your unit as it enables the receiving team at our Service & Repair facility to properly identify your unit, call up appropriate notes and ensure that the repaired unit is returned to the correct address. To avoid delays, it is critical that all shipments and communications clearly reference the RA Number.
