B.O.S.S. 5.0 is Pelco by Schneider Electric’s Bid Ordering Specification Software – a free, easy-to-use resource that includes on-line ordering, real-time pricing and product information, customized price list export and more. With enhanced security and administrative abilities, B.O.S.S. 5.0 is a critical resource to help you access and manage pricing and detailed information for more than 5,000 Pelco products.

B.O.S.S. Lite is an offline version of the software, which enables you to access pricing, generate price lists, and create quotes and orders when you do not have an Internet connection. Note: before you can start using B.O.S.S. Lite, you will need to be setup in B.O.S.S. 5.0. Check out the B.O.S.S. Lite page to learn more.

B.O.S.S. is a free tool that can be customized for use by a variety of security professionals. End users or anyone who does not have an account with Pelco may browse product information and technical documents, create a Bill of Materials, view MSRP and print a price list. 



Architects & Engineers can create user groups that provide all of the key features while only providing MSRP.

Dealers, Distributors, and Strategic Accounts may have a user group created that offers all of the key features while providing dealer and customer-specific pricing along with the ability to submit orders online.

B.O.S.S.® 5.0 is protected with 128-bit high-grade encryption, otherwise known as SSL, so that all your account information stays protected. B.O.S.S. also uses Pelco by Schneider Electric’s single sign-on capability so you can login with your PGTI account. Additionally, users have the option of managing their own user groups so that no one can access their group without the administrator’s permission.
