Issue
The Energy Policy Act of 2005 changes the effective dates of DST in the United States, Canada, and selected other locations. Beginning in March 2007, DST in affected geographical regions will begin three weeks earlier (2:00 A.M. on the second Sunday in March) and will end one week later (2:00 A.M. on the first Sunday in November) than in previous years.
Resolution
Users in regions affected by the new DST schedule should take note of the changed effective dates and manually adjust the system time on their Pelco Matrix Switcher appropriately. Otherwise, there is no change to the normal mode of operation for Pelco Matrix Switcher users.
Instructions
Below are links to the resources the user will need to make their Matrix Switcher comply with the new DST Schedule.
