Issue
The Energy Policy Act of 2005 changes the effective dates of DST in the United States, Canada, and selected other locations. Beginning in March 2007, DST in affected geographical regions will begin three weeks earlier (2:00 A.M. on the second Sunday in March) and will end one week later (2:00 A.M. on the first Sunday in November) than in previous years.
This change in the law affects the DST default values in Spectra.
Note: Users in any region affected by the new DST schedule must perform the procedures in this bulletin ensure their Spectra IV / Spectra IV SE dome positioning system complies with the new schedule. Users in regions not affected by the DST change should not perform these procedures.
