Langbaum Associates, Inc., Appointed Pelco Sales Representative

Associates, Inc. , Pomona, New York, has been appointed the Pelco Sales
Representative for the New York, New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and Delaware
territories, effective July 29, 2002.
